1-4 Dianabol 50mg half with breakfast and half with lunch
1-10 Testosterone Enanthate 500mg week 250mg Monday 250mg Thursday.1-10 Deca 300mg 150mg Monday-150mg Thursday
PCT should start at week 12.
Clomid 300mg day1-150mg day2-50mg day3 and 50mg for the next 11 days.
Nolvadex(tamoxifen) 20mg week 12-14.
Eat every 3 hours 5-6 meals
calories should be aprox 1000-1500 more than your normal daily intake,using 40-40-20 method
